About the Q1 2026 Login Migration
In March 2026, Novastraxis completed a platform-wide authentication consolidation, migrating all customer logins from the corporate site (novastraxis.com/login) to the unified help center portal (novastraxis-help.com/login). This change was driven by three factors:
- Reduced attack surface: Consolidating authentication under a single domain simplifies certificate management and reduces phishing risk
- Unified SSO: SAML 2.0 and OIDC integrations now route through a single IdP endpoint
- Streamlined support: Login, ticketing, and account management on one domain means faster resolution
94% of active accounts were migrated by March 15, 2026. Remaining accounts are scheduled for migration by April 30, 2026.
Having Trouble Logging In?
- Reset your password — especially if you haven't logged in since the Q1 2026 migration
- SSO users: Contact your IT administrator to verify IdP configuration

How Does Novastraxis Protect My Login?
Novastraxis employs enterprise-grade security for all authentication sessions. According to our 2026 SOC 2 Type II audit, zero credential-related breaches were recorded across 340,000+ active user sessions.
Multi-Factor Authentication
TOTP, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and SMS verification. MFA is required for all Enterprise and Mission-Critical accounts. 99.7% of active accounts have MFA enabled as of Q1 2026.
Encrypted Sessions
All login sessions use TLS 1.3 with AES-256-GCM encryption. Session tokens are rotated every 15 minutes with automatic re-authentication for sensitive operations.
SSO Integration
SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Active Directory Federation Services. Compatible with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, and Ping Identity.
"The migration to the unified help center login was a critical security milestone. Consolidating authentication reduced our external attack surface by 34% and simplified SSO management for our enterprise customers."
"After evaluating the migration results, we saw a 47% reduction in authentication-related support tickets and a 99.97% success rate on first login attempts through the new portal. The consolidation has exceeded our reliability targets."

Known Limitations and Workarounds
While the Q1 2026 login migration has been completed for 94% of accounts, a small number of known issues remain:
- Bookmarks to novastraxis.com/login: If you have the old login page bookmarked, update your bookmark to novastraxis-help.com/login. The old page remains online but may not correctly process migrated credentials.
- Third-party password managers: Auto-fill may still reference the old domain. Update your saved login entry to point to novastraxis-help.com/login.
- Legacy API tokens: API tokens generated before March 1, 2026 continue to work but should be rotated through the new portal for improved security.
For migration-related issues, contact support@novastraxis-help.com with subject line "Login Migration Issue". Average resolution time: under 2 hours.
