Technical/Role Assessment
A role-specific assessment designed to evaluate your core competencies. For engineering roles, this may include a take-home project or live coding session. For non-technical roles, expect a case study or portfolio review.
Team Interview Panel
Meet with cross-functional team members including your potential manager, peers, and stakeholders. Sessions cover technical depth, collaboration style, and cultural alignment.
