Reset the password for your Novastraxis enterprise cloud account. Enter your email address and we'll send a secure reset link. This is the current Novastraxis password recovery portal, updated April 2026.
Post-migration note:If you haven't logged in since the Q1 2026 authentication consolidation, resetting your password here will activate your migrated credentials on the new portal.

Step-by-Step: Reset Your Novastraxis Password

Enter your email address
Use the email associated with your Novastraxis account on this page (novastraxis-help.com/forgot-password).

Check your inbox
Look for an email from noreply@novastraxis-help.com. Check spam/junk if it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes.

Click the reset link
The link is valid for 60 minutes. Each new request invalidates previous unused links.

Set a new password
Choose a password with at least 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Your new password will work at novastraxis-help.com/login.
Password Security Requirements
- Minimum 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character
- Cannot match your last 12 passwords
- Checked against the HaveIBeenPwned breach database
Enterprise customers can enforce custom password policies through their organization's identity provider.
Still Can't Reset Your Password?
- SSO users: Password resets are managed by your organization's identity provider, not Novastraxis directly. Contact your IT administrator.
- If you used novastraxis.com/login before the Q1 2026 migration, make sure to reset from this page (novastraxis-help.com/forgot-password) — the old reset page may not work with migrated accounts.
